No day is complete without a taste of Turkey's grand cuisine...

Turkish culinary culture is renowned for its diversity of resources, fresh ingredients and variety of recipes that were influenced by Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Experience Turkish cuisine, one of the most diverse and most delicious culinary cultures of the world, at an award-winning culinary event, Turkish Restaurant Week.

Organized by The American-Turkish Association of Washington DC (ATA-DC), the Eighth Annual Turkish Restaurant Week is a week-long celebration of Turkish cuisine. The event will take place from Friday, September 9 through Sunday, September 18, 2016 during the Fifth Turkish Heritage Month.

During Turkish Restaurant Week, diners will enjoy this rich and authentic cuisine with a special three-course prix fixe lunch ($25) and four-course prix fixe dinner ($35) at Washington’s top Turkish restaurants in Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia. The most outstanding Turkish restaurants will offer their culinary arts and specialties for foodies in the D/M/V area.

Please join us for Turkish Cooking Demo and Wine Tasting on Saturday, September 10, 2016 as sponsored by TD Bank. We will also have a presentation on Turkish coffee! To purchase your tickets, please visit www.turkishfestival.org
